Purpose:
To measure an individual’s awareness, connection, and responsiveness to nature—emotionally, cognitively, physically, and behaviorally.
Intended Use:
For baseline and outcome measurement in outdoor healthcare, environmental education, or eco-therapy programs.
Section 1: Sensory Awareness (0–4 scale per item)
