How aware are you of your automatic thought, feeling, and behavioral processes? To realize that at any moment you have the ability to choose the way you respond to others reactions, is a very powerful thing. Becoming aware of habitual response patterns in thought, feeling and action can guide you towards self realization, to understand yourself beyond your own conditioned existence, to strengthen your identity from your soul.

Your voice is so important. Use it to give yourself value. Start with yourself until others have no choice but to see your value too.

When thoughts become intrusive or stressful it is important to learn how to reflect on these thought processes to gain awareness and then to clear the mind clutter with a deliberate focus of renewal, like a blank canvas. To shift the awareness with intention.

It may be easier to build a brick wall of resentment and bitterness. But truely, how does this serve your purpose. It takes strength to maintain dignity when someone we love humiliates and degrades our successes in life. How can we move past these rejections towards self fulfillment?

The inner voice we tell ourselves becomes our identity. Instead of reflecting on failures and self rejection, we can try to offer ourselves word of encouragment. We can transform unpleasant thoughts, emotions, and feelings into pleasantries. We can learn to befriend and nourish ourselves in each moment.

Optimism allows a person to gain self-control. Understanding that negative events in life are only temporary, with an ability to see past the uncomfortable situation towards hope and new possibilities is powerful.

The nervous system is our system for safety, protection and connection, make sure you nourish your nerves so that your nerves don’t frazzle.
