Tomato Basil Hummus Dip
Ingredients
2 cups Garbanzo beans sprouted for 1 day
1/2 Extra virgin olive oil
1 cup organic tomatoes chopped
1 cup celery chopped
Salt or Braggs amino liquids to taste
1 cup Fresh basil
1 to 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
2-5 Garlic cloves
instructions
Blend all of the above ingredients into a food processor until texture is smooth. Sprinkle with dry parsley flakes and serve with fresh vegetables or favorite cracker of choice.
