Mindfulness Exercise
Find a Quiet Space: Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
Visualize Your Strengths: As you breathe, visualize each of the three aspects of yourself that you appreciate. Picture yourself in situations where these qualities shine.
Affirmation: After visualizing, state affirmations for each aspect. For example, "I am strong and capable," "I am resilient in the face of challenges," and "I am compassionate, both to myself and others."
