You May Not Control All of the Events that Happen to You, But, You can Decide not to be Reduced by Them. -Maya Angelou
Gratefully Feeling Blessed by your Stress
Stress is an enevitable part of life. How one handles stress is an important factor in resilience and health. Stress arrives to us through thoughts, feelings, and emotions in reaction to life’s pressures; perceived.
For some, the natural way to deal with stress is to pretend like it does not exist, however this is imossible. It will show up physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually eventually.
The best way to deal with stress is to acknowledge that it is there and that you can feel it.
Freedom awaits in the ability to welcome stress and feel it until a resilience is built.
Tune into your body, listen to your breath, notice where you feel stress in the body; physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. Notice where there is tension and breathe into that space. Ask yourself, What do you need? Listen to your internal wisdom.
