A sense of Belonging

A sense of Belonging

Adolescent Psychotherapy Homework Planner

We all have the need to feel accepted or experience a sense of belonging to at least one group.

Many of us satisfy this need by using our strengths to perform tasks or activities that help us to gain acceptance and respect from others.

It is so important to provide opportunities not only for children and adolescents but for adults to utilize strengths and engage in responsible behaviors.

Each day strive to accomplish a task that is both interesting and challenging without pressure. This is the art of maintaining balance in each day to become a better person.
